Where are your minimum ordering requirements?

  • First-time Order Minimum is 1 case (Qty. 12).  Re-order minimum is 1/2 case (Qty. 6).  A $10.00 service fee will apply for orders that do not meet the minimum order requirements.
  • Colors can be mixed and matched any desired way to meet the minimum order requirements.
  • Because we are a wholesale site, we work hard to protect our wholesale pricing for our retailers.  If you are interested in carrying our products, please fill out the Wholesale Inquiries Form  and we will be in contact with pricing information within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

  • We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.   We do not have NET 30 term at this time.
  • Please provide the Name and Bill To Address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement.  If this information does not match exactly with what the issuing bank has, the card will be declined, delaying your order.

How do I place an Order?

  • All Orders require a valid TAX ID #.  Companies within the state of Utah must FAX a copy of your Tax Certificate to Many Precious Gems at 801-406-0027, before first-time order can be shipped.

  • By FAX:    You may send your order request via our secure FAX to 801-406-0027.
  • On-line:    Obtain the URL from Many Precious Gems to access our Orders Area, by filling out the Wholesale Inquiries Form.  Payment is accepted through PayPal, a safe on-line payment service.  If you need to set-up a PayPal account, please go to www.paypal.com.  It's quick and easy! 
  • By Mail:    You may send your order request and credit card information to:

  • Please do not send your Credit Card information via our e-mail address.  It is not a secure way to transmit your confidential information.

How soon after I place an Order will I receive my Shipment?

  • We ship to Commercial Addresses ONLY.  Please no Residential or PO Box addresses.  

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only. 

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 Business Days.  Each "Precious Gem" is hand constructed so please allow time for the creation of your Precious Gems order.
  • We ship using Federal Express Ground delivery.  Most orders are received within 3-5 business days after they are shipped.  Next Day and 2nd Day shipping methods are available upon request.  Please add a 2-3 Business Day processing time to Next Day and 2nd Day Air package shipments. 
  • Alaska and Hawaii:  Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via USPS.  An additional $5.00 will be added to your order to cover the extra cost in shipping.
  • Canada:  Customs and duty fees to Canada are the responsibility of the recipient.  We ship via the USPS outside of the United States.  It may take as long as 4 weeks to arrive.  Once your order has been placed, we will calculate additional shipping charges and send you an email requesting your authorization to add charges to your order total.  Upon receipt of this confirmation from you, we will ship your order.

Credit Card information on your statement?

  • Your Credit Card statement will read that the sale has been made by Wrapped in Purple.  Why Wrapped in Purple and not Many Precious Gems?  Many Precious Gems is a Division of Wrapped in Purple.  Therefore, all sales are ran through the parent company Wrapped in Purple.

Will I receive a Delivery Confirmation / Tracking number?

  • Yes!  Once an order has been placed with Many Precious Gems, the order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 Business Days. When the order has shipped, a Tracking / Delivery Confirmation number will be sent to the e-mail address provided with the Order. 

    If no e-mail address has been supplied, please send an e-mail request for the Tracking / Delivery Confirmation number to info@manypreciousgems.com

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

  • All of our products are packed with exceptional care.  If for some reason your product is damaged in shipping, please contact the Carrier within 48 hours of delivery, for a claim to be filed.  In addition, please contact Many Precious Gems at info@manypreciousgems.com, within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any damage if claim is not made within 48 hours.

How do you handle back orders?

  • Very rarely, but at times, we may run out of materials to build your Precious Gems.  If this happens, we will contact you immediately via e-mail or phone.  We will give you a timeframe of when your order will ship, and at that time you will have the option of continuing with your order, or canceling it.
  • All Back Orders will be charged the standard shipping rate.  Your Credit Card will not be charged until your items ship.
